Join us for our first Ceramic Movie Night at The Pottery Studio, Old Kilcullen Rd, Bryanston on Tuesday 23rd May at 6.30 pm. We will be showing a Grayson Perry movie which promises to be ‘interesting’ viewing. “Grayson Perry CBE RA is an English artist, known mainly for his ceramic vases and cross-dressing. Perry's vases have classical forms and are decorated in bright colours, depicting subjects at odds with their attractive appearance”.  Wikipedia   The aim of the evening is to get together and enjoy a fun evening whilst raising some funds for Ceramics S.A. Guateng.    Please bring a small plate of eats to share and any other refreshments that you may want.  Tea and Coffee will be provided. Sandton Potters' Market

At last it is happening. We are having a Potter’s Market in Johannesburg!
It will be held at The Sandton Field and Study Centre, and will take place twice a year. For 2017 the dates are 11th March and 4th November.
It will be known as The Sandton Potter’s Market and this offers you the opportunity to be part of this event from the very beginning.
The charge for a table is R250.00 but as a special early bird offer if you book for both dates this year the charge will be R400.00 for both.

Set in the beautiful surroundings of the Sandton Field & Study Centre, pictured above, this will hopefully become a date that is eagerly anticipated on the Johannesburg ceramic calendar.
